Commitment to Excellence Academy (CTE)

The Commitment to Excellence Academy comprises of a group of like-minded Owners of companies in the SME Sector. They are all passionate about sharing experiences and learning from one another, recognising that quality time away from the day-to-day running of their businesses helps them to think about ways of taking their businesses forward in a strategic way.

We meet four times a year to work on an appropriate topic/theme, facilitated by an expert in that particular field and this has included three workshops on Employee Engagement led by Ray Atkinson We found the models used by Wadenhoe to be very user-friendly and practical.

The theme of Employee Engagement is particularly relevant in the current economic, which is the new reality for doing business, and the work we did last year has enabled the Academy members to take actions which have a measurable impact on their business success.
