The alarming statistic that 70% of people who leave organisations are leaving their immediate line manager, should be a wake-up call to us all. So, our Purpose is quite clear, it’s about helping organisations to create a culture and values where people choose to engage.

With the complex challenges presented in today’s workplace, it is rare for us to be able to rely on the way things have been done in the past. There is also a need to solve problems fast, which means spending less time on analysis and not waiting for a perfect solution.
